FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions you probably have.
How fast do alerts arrive? +
We rescan every 20 seconds on average. When a listing matches your filter it is in your Telegram within seconds. Facebook Marketplace only shows a new listing in its public list after about 8 to 15 minutes. We pick it up within 20 seconds of that.
How many saved searches can I set up? +
Five per platform. That is 10 in total on Belgium or Netherlands. On All-in it is 25.
How do I cancel? +
In your dashboard. Click Pause. Or click Cancel and confirm. Pausing stops alerts but keeps your account. Cancelling during your trial costs nothing: you keep your alerts until the trial ends. Cancelling after a payment ends the subscription at the end of the period you already paid for.
Which payment methods? +
iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard, through our payment provider Stripe. You choose monthly or yearly; yearly you pay 10 months and get 12, so 2 months free.
Do I need to set up my own Telegram bot? +
No. You link your Telegram account to @AutoFlip1_Bot in a few taps, from your dashboard. Done.
Can I switch between plans? +
Yes, at any time from your dashboard: switch plans and move between monthly and yearly.
What if a source is temporarily offline? +
A built-in watchdog detects it. The other sources in your plan keep working as normal.
