The rules for using Autoflip.

1. What Autoflip does

Autoflip is een persoonlijke automatiseringsdienst. Onze infrastructuur ververst on your instruction de publieke zoekresultaten van Marktplaats, 2dehands, AutoScout24 en Mobile.de volgens een filter die jij configureert. Wanneer een advertentie aan jouw filter voldoet, ontvang je een melding via Telegram met een knop terug naar het oorspronkelijke platform.

We are not a marketplace, broker or intermediary. We do not sell cars. We do not collect contact details of advertisers. We do not republish listings on a public page. Autoflip is a tool that does automatically for you what you would otherwise do by hand.

2. Your authorisation to us

By using Autoflip, you authorise us to:

• Run an automated refresh on our servers of publicly accessible search results on the platforms you select in your plan
• Apply your personal filter (brand, price, etc.) to those results
• On a match: send an alert to the Telegram account you connected

This authorisation is for your personal and/or internal business use. Reselling the alerts, aggregating them into your own database or republishing them to third parties is not allowed.

3. Source platforms

Marktplaats.nl, 2dehands.be, AutoScout24.be/.nl and Mobile.de are independent platforms with which Autoflip is in no way affiliated. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

When you click an Autoflip alert, you land on the website of the source platform. From that moment the terms of use of that platform apply. You are responsible for complying with them, including any contact with the advertiser.

If a source platform applies technical restrictions that affect our service, we cannot guarantee that we can keep supporting that source. In that case we offer a proportionate temporary discount or plan adjustment.

4. Subscriptions and trial

• Free trial: 14 days, no payment details needed. Full access to all alerts during the trial. If you come in through the link or code of an Autoflip partner, your trial is 30 days.
• Paid subscription: you choose monthly or yearly when you sign up. Both renew automatically via Mollie, each time for the same period. Rates as stated on the plans page. Switching between monthly and yearly is possible from your dashboard; a switch to yearly takes effect immediately, a switch to monthly only after the current year ends.
• Cancelling: at any time from your dashboard. No notice period. The period you already paid for stays active until the end date: with a monthly subscription the current month, with a yearly subscription the current year. There is no refund of the remaining part.
• Passwordless access: log in via a magic link in your mailbox.
• Unlimited alerts: every listing that matches your filter is forwarded, with no daily limit.

5. What you may not do with Autoflip

• Sharing, reselling or registering the account several times under different emails to get around the cap
• Aggregating the received alerts into your own database or public website
• Reverse-engineering the Telegram bot or abusing it for other purposes
• Loading our infrastructure with scripts that automate the dashboard API

6. Availability and maintenance

Autoflip is a continuous monitoring service but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. There can be interruptions with short to long pauses. Take into account:

• Planned maintenance: onze systemen herstarten dagelijks rond middernacht; de monitoring pauzeert dan doorgaans 10 tot 15 minuten.
• Outages: technische storingen bij ons, bij bronplatforms of bij tussenliggende diensten zoals Telegram kunnen de dienst tijdelijk onderbreken, van enkele minuten tot in uitzonderlijke gevallen langere tijd.
• Measures by source platforms: technische wijzigingen of blokkades bij bronplatforms kunnen de monitoring van een specifieke bron tijdelijk of blijvend beperken.

Wij monitoren onze systemen automatisch en spannen ons in om storingen snel te detecteren en op te lossen. Dit is een inspanningsverplichting, geen resultaatsverbintenis. Onderbrekingen geven geen recht op schadevergoeding of restitutie, behalve waar dwingend recht anders bepaalt. Duurt een storing aanzienlijk langer, neem dan contact op via hallo@autoflip.eu; we will then look for a reasonable solution.

7. Liability

Autoflip is provided as available. We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. We are not liable for:

• Lost transactions or profits due to missed, delayed or duplicate alerts
• Availability problems of source platforms
• Changes to the terms of use of source platforms
• Damage arising from transactions between you and advertisers

Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount of the past 3 months.

8. Termination by us

We can terminate your account in case of:

• Breach of these terms
• Non-payment after two reminders
• Abuse or fraud

If we terminate without grounds, we refund the unused part of your subscription pro rata.

9. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to this agreement. In case of disputes, the competent court of the place of our registered office has jurisdiction in the first instance, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to turn to the court of your place of residence.
