Delete your account
You can delete your Autoflip account yourself at any time. It stops your subscription immediately and erases your data.
Three ways
- In the app: Settings, then "Delete account". Confirm once.
- On the website: log in, open your account page and choose "Delete account". Log in
- By email: can't log in anymore? Mail hallo@autoflip.eu from the email address of your account. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What we delete
- Your account and email address
- Your saved searches and settings
- Your workbook: alerts, statuses and notes
- Your stock and profit data, including photos you added
- Your logins on all devices and the push address of your phone
- Your colleagues' access to your account
This happens immediately when you use the button, at the latest within 24 hours.
What we must keep
Invoices of payments you made. Accounting law requires us to keep them for 7 years. They contain your billing details and the amounts, nothing about your searches or cars.
Are you a colleague in someone else's account? Deleting only removes you from that team. The account itself stays.
