The downsides show up in practice. You configure each platform separately and end up managing three or four separate searches side by side. The notifications also tend to arrive delayed or bundled: a daily email with "12 new results" is useful as an overview but too late for a sharply priced car that is gone within hours. And the filters stay limited to what the platform itself offers: following multiple brands at once or filtering on seller type is not possible everywhere.
Option 2: keyword services for a single platform
